"Oh I wonder where they are?!" Jane said nervously. Tarzan and Ariel were still not back from the jungle, and Jane was starting to worry. Not only for their saftey, but there was some bad news! Jane had been invited back to England to talk about her Jungle life with Tarzan! "Oh dear oh dear..." Jane paced back and forth, for what seemed like an eternity. "MISS PORTER!" The boat sailsman yelled. Jane looked down the house to see him waving. "I can't wait much longer you know! We have to leave in about an 30 minutes! It takes a long time to get back!" Jane had decided, "Alright, I'll be down at the boat in a while!" She shouted. "Remember to have your invitation ready! And bring an umbrella too! It might rain tonight!" The then sailsman walked away back into the jungle. "Looks like I have no choice. I'm sure they're fine, Tarzan can take care of her and himself." Jane said confidently. She took a hot clean bath, and put on her yellow victorian dress, with her 19th century style ankle boots. "Can't look all wild in England, hahah!" She laughed to herself. Jane wrote a note saying that she would be back soon, and not to worry about her. "Alright, it shouldn't take long to get to the boat." She took her invitation paper and umbrella, climbed down the tree house, and started her trek through the jungle.
Ariel was sleeping on a bamboo patch, Tarzan as well. After swinging through the jungle for an hour, they decided to rest for a bit. It was only a short 10 minute nap before Ariel woke up. "*YAAAAAWWWWN* Oh..." Ariel stretched out her legs and arms. Tarzan began to awoke as well. "Good morning *YAAWWN*.. Ariel." "Good morning Tarzan" Ariel and Tarzan stood up, wondering where those pesky baboons are. "Gosh where do you think they are?" Ariel asked. "It's hard to find them in the morning, they usually only come out at noon." Ariel sighed, "I sure hope we find them. I really am sorry about this Tarzan, it's just those boots are expensive. Plus, they're just so cute!" Ariel beamed. "I understand, Jane is like that too." He smirked. Ariel smiled back, but was losing hope. "Let's go" Tarzan said. He was going to pick Ariel up, but she quickly replied, "Wait! I think I can swing on my own now." She stated. "It would be faster if I carried you." "Yes but... I have a husband... and this is a little awkward." She said blushing. "Hahah, I understand. Jane taught you how to swing right?" "Oh yeah! Loads of times! That's how I escaped the baboons!" Ariel said happily. Tarzan and Ariel climbed up a large moss tree, grabbed onto vines and began to swung. "The baboons would most likely be north where the bamboo thickets are!" Tarzan shouted. "Alright!" Ariel and Tarzan were swinging for what seemed like hours, and it was very quite to Ariel. "I wonder if Jane is worried about us, you think she's alright?" Ariel asked, but had no response. "Tarzan?" Only silence was there. Ariel began to shake, "Oh no, I'm alone! I must have lost Tarzan somehow!" To make matters worse, Ariel's vine was breaking! "*GASPS* Oh no!" Ariel began to panic, and was making it break even worse. The vine snapped, and Ariel was falling into the abyss. "AHHHHHHHHH!!" Ariel screamed at the top of her lungs. Hope came, when she saw a short vine hanging from a tree. "This is my only chaaaaance!" She gripped the vine as she fell, and swung all the way forward to the ground. *WOOOOOOOOSH* Ariel had rolled on a couple of bamboo thickets. "Ugh, that was close..." But Ariel was hearing something. "Is... is someone.. sleeping?" She looked up, and there they were: The baboon horde! All of them seemed to be sound asleep, snoring quietly. Ariel was going to scream, but quickly put her mouth over her hands. "Alright Ariel, don't panic, just walk out slowly..." She began to walk out, but saw the 2 things she came for: Her boots. Both of them were placed right beside the baby baboon that wanted them, holding them loosely. "... I'm sure I could get them if I was quiet." Ariel decided to try and get them. She walked slowly over to where the boots are. "Good thing I'm barefoot, makes less noise walki- Woah!" Ariel on the hard bamboo nest. "Ow... ugh, what happened?" She looked around and saw that her right foot was caught in vine tangle on the ground. "Aw man!" She tried to loosen it, but it would only get tighter. "Great Ariel, nice job." She thought to herself. She looked at the boots beside the baby. They were only a foot away from her. "If I can just reach it..." Ariel tried to reach them, but was too short of distance. She sighed, "What am I supposed to do now?" She thought.
"Whew! This trek was tougher than I thought. Still, I have 20 minutes to get there." Jane had been walking through the jungle for 10 minutes, hoping to see the boat. She had taken a rest to catch up her breath, she wasn't as tough as Tarzan. "Alright, time to get going." She began to walk, but saw something interesting in the thicket. She walked towards it, and it was a baby baboon! "OH MY! I have to ru-... wait a second." On closer inspection, she realized it was not the same one. "Oh wow! You're even cuter then the other one!" She tried to take a sketch out, but she forgot that she didn't bring any paper, nor a pen. Jane sighed, "Ah well. I best get going anyway. Bye little fellow!" She waved at the little baboon as she walked away, but suddenly- *WOOOSH* "Wha?! Huh?!" Jane turned around to see the baby baboon had taken her invitation. "EHEHEHOHAHAHEHE!" The baboon snickered, running into the jungle. "Why you little! Get back here!" She had chased the baboon to a large tree clearing. "Alright, give it here you wretched!" Jane demanded. She then thought to herself, "Maybe I can pull the same trick I did on the other baboon." Jane decided to try it, "Alright, I want this paper on the count of 3. 1.... 2.... OH LOOK BANNANAS!" The baboon turned around to see, and Jane snatched the paper right out. "Hahaha! You might be even more thicker then the other baby baboon!" The baby began to cry, wanting it back. "Oh don't start! I doubt your family is anywhere near here to save you. Besides, what would they say about this? *RAWWWR* AHH!" Jane turned around to see ANOTHER menacing baboon horde. "Oh dear. You see? They're angry at you now. He's just a child, be easy on hi- OW!" Jane tripped on a vine, looking up to see them lunge at her. "AHHHHHH!" She shrieked as she ran from the horde. As she was running, she said to herself, "GOSH NOT AGAAAAIIN! What on earth am I going to doooo!" She ran and ran, until a giant gorge, bigger than the other one, was before her. She thought to herself, "That's way to big for me to swing over!" But then she hatched an idea that might work. She ran to the gorge, jumped with all her might, and yelled "TARZAAAAAAN!" Hoping that it would work. But then, she felt something latch onto her dress. "Tarzan!" She thought. "Oh Tarzan! I'm so glad you're here! I thought I wa- *GASPS*" She looked up hoping to see Tarzan, but was instead a strange flying wild man! The same one who was with Ariel! "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" She shrieked loudly. To make things worse, a baboon was gnawing at her boot!" "AHH! NO GET OFF GET OFF GET OFF!" *plunk* Her boot plopped off, and the baboon with it. "AAAAAAAAHHHHHH! OHOHOHOH!" The wild man had carried Jane up into the trees, her in his lap. "AHH! Put me down, put me down!" Jane demanded. But then both of them saw the horde of baboons, snarling. "NO PICK ME UP PICK ME UP PICK ME UUUUUPPP!" The wild man took her down, surfing along the trees. "NOOOO NOT AGAAAAIIIIN!" All throughout the chase, she had been battered, almost eaten, and fell. The wild man had finally gotten her to saftey. Leaning over her. "EHHHOOOH AHEHAHAH!" The alpha and the baby baboon floated down on Jane's umbrella, talking to the wild man. He too knew how to speak ape, and Jane understood him, from living with Tarzan. "You want the paper?" The ape man asked. The baboons were nodding yes, and He quickly turned around, frightening Jane. He took the paper from her waist, an gave it to them. "EHHHE OAHAHEEHAA!" Both baboons floated down satisfied. The ape man turned around to see Jane, but she was gone! "Oh oh... *Leg slips off* AHH! Oh dear Jane, you're in a tree with a strange wild man... again!" "Ok one leg.. after the other... good good! You can do this Jane, you can- ugh! Alright, one... two... *Looses her balance* AHH!" Jane sighed deeply. "Oh... I guess it can't be any worse right?" *Thunder crashes* Rain started to poor down on her face. "-_-.... Obviously it can..." She closed her eyes, looking down hopelessly. But when she opened them, the ape man was looking at her. "DAAAAAAAHHH!" She screamed. "OHHHH NOO!" She balanced on one foot, while the ape man pushed her in the tree. "UGH!" Jane pinned herself against the brim of the branch. The ape man hopped onto the branch, curious about this strange creature. "Um hel- hel- hello. Do you- you speak eng- english?" She asked shaking. But the Ape man did not understand, getting closer. "Please keep your distance! OEhah ahweheh oahaha!" Jane said the same message, but in ape speak. But the wild man still did not waver, instead getting even closer. "I said- I said, pleas STAY BACK!" Jane braced her foot on his chest, pushing him. The ape man grabbed her foot, and started to inspect it. "*Sigh* Please, please, let go of my foot! Ehehehaahah oooahehah eheh ohaha!" She said in ape. But he still did not understand. Jane was a little rusty in ape speak. The ape man then said in ape, "This foot looks like the other one, the red haired girl's one!" Jane understood him. "Red haired? ARIEL! What have you done with Ariel?!" Jane asked red faced. But the Ape man still did not understand. "I wonder if she will smile if I wiggle her toes, like the red haired girl did." Jane was scared stiff. "NO! PLEASE DON'T! I'M VERY TICKLISH! EHEHAHA OOOEHEHAAA EAHAHAH!" Jane was so nervous that she could not even speak ape right. The ape man decided, he started to play with her toes, faster then Ariel's. "AHAHAHAH! NOOOOO PLEASE DOOOON'T AHAHAH! IT TICKLES AHAHAHAHAH!" Jane pleaded. The ape man would not waver, continuing to wiggle faster. "AHAHAHWAHAHAH! STOOOO AHAHAHAH PLEASEEE AHAHAHAH WHAHAHAH!" She had cold tears streaming down her red cheeks. "PLEAAAASE STOP AHAHAHAHA WAHAHAHAHA IT TICKLES AHAHAHAHAH SOOO MUCCHH AHAHAHAHA!" Jane had no choice, she lifted her left leg and kicked him in the chin! Or so she thought. The ape man had caught her left foot just in time before it hit him. Jane was shocked at his speed. The ape man took her barefoot and tied it up with a vine. He then took Jane's other foot, which had a boot on it, and was inspecting it. "Please... let me .... go! Eheheha ohohoeheha ahahehah!" The ape man still did not understand. He was running his fingers up and down her boot, poking them in the holes, and under the heels, causing Jane to giggle. "Please hehehe don't heheh!" The ape man was tugging at her boot, trying to get it off. Then, *PLUNK* came her boot off. Unfortunatley, so did the Ape man. He fell down off the branch into the abyss. "Oh dear! I hope he's alright!" Jane said worried. And he was, the ape man swung off into the distance, with Jane's other boot. "HEY! WAIT A MOMENT! YOU HAVE MY BOOT!" Jane screamed, but it was no help. She struggled to free her foot lose, but it would not budge. "Oh dear... what am I going to do... AH!" She took her bustle off, and tied it around the vine. She pulled and pulled, until it finally snapped. Her foot dropped to the branch with a thud. "Whew. That was a close one." She untangled the vine, since it had no life left, and sat on her knees. "How on earth am I supposed to get down now?" Jane sighed deeply. She looked below her, and saw a long vine hanging a foot from her. "... looks like I have no choice!" She crouched on her feet, and jumped onto the vine, swinging very far! "AAAAHHHHHH!" She screamed, as she swung into the abyss.
"Argh, stupid thing won't budge!" Ariel tried to loosen her foot, but would not loosen. Ariel had been sitting at the same spot for 10 minutes, as the baboons were sleeping. "Gosh I hope Tarzan finds me soon. Or someone-*Crash*" She heard a strange crashing noise a few feet from her, trying to see what it was. "Oh my head..." Jane said disoriented. "Jane!" Ariel said quietly. Jane looked up to see Ariel trapped in a vine tangle. "ARIEL!" She said beaming. "SHH! The baboons are sleeping!" Jane put her hands around her mouth and walked slowly to Jane. "Ariel, what on earth happened to you?!" "No time to explain, just help me get free!" Jane nodded, and struggled to loosen Ariel's foot, but still wouldn't budge. "Ugh, it's stuck pretty tight. If you can make your foot shake, it might loosen." Jane suggested. "I can't! Foot shaking isn't exactly a talent of mine *Snickers*" Jane was thinking on what to do. "Ah! Ariel, are you ticklish?" Jane asked. "*Gulps* Yes, wh- why?" Ariel replied nervously. "Well, if I tickle your foot enough, it might come loose. You just have to be quiet." Ariel gulped, but she knew it was the only way. "Fine, get it over with." Jane wasted no time, and running her finger down Ariel's foot. "*Puts hand over mouth* Mhmhmhm mhmhmhm!" Ariel was trying not to burst. Jane continued even faster. "MHMHMH MEHEHMHM!" Ariel now had tears streaming down her face. "Only a few more seconds Ariel!" Ariel was on the edge of laughter, but the vine finally snapped. "Yes!" "Oh finally..." Ariel was gasping for breath, her face red. "Alright lets get out of here!" Jane said walking. "Wait! I want my boots back!" Ariel said standing up. Jane looked at her dumb founded, "How did you get your boots stolen? And why do you even have to get them?!" Ariel blushed, "It's a long story Jane, but those boots were really expensive!... and their just so cute!" Jane snickered. "Alright, let's hurry up." Jane lifted the baby baboon's arm, while Ariel took her two boots. "Alright lets get out of here!" Jane started to run out. "Wait wait! I gotta put them on!" Ariel said staggering. "Well hurry up, we don't hav- *Gasps* Ariel look out!" But Jane was too late. Ariel put on her boots, but had tripped backwards... onto the baby baboon. The baby baboon awoke, staring right at Ariel's face. "Hello! No need to get up, we'll just be going no-" *WAAAAAAAAAAHWAHAH!* She was too late. The baby baboon busted out crying, waking up the entire horde. Ariel and Jane were frozen in place, scared straight. The entire horde growled at them menacingly, with rage in their eyes. It's one thing to upset their babys, it's another thing to do it in their territory. "Oh dear... Jane we're in trouble..." Ariel said shaking. "Yes, we are Ariel. We are..."
Will Jane and Ariel get out of this mess? Will Tarzan ever find them? Will I ever end this story!?!? FIND OUT NEXT TIME ON PART 3!
Well here's part 2. Sorry about using the baboon chase again, but I couldn't think of anything else for part 2. Part 3 will be the finale, and will have a lot more effort in it, than just the same thing over and over. Anyway, Enjoy!
It's good. Do you think you can end the story with Ariel being barefoot again?
I'm not sure what you mean. Can you be more specific?
